The words grace your ears like a breeze on a crisp spring day, like a beam of sun on a summer’s afternoon. Hearing the words I love you spoken from someone who means it, is better than any single material possession or social status. I love you has so much weight because it’s recursive. It calls on itself, deeper and deeper as the souls of receiver and giver weaving into each other. How sweet it is to hear I love you.
